Data processing |
Fastq files were generated using the bcl to fastQ converter 2.17. The raw reads were quality and adapter trimmed using trimmomatic (v0.35) The trimmed reads were mapped to the human genome (hg38) using the STAR aligner version 2.5.2a in the two pass mapping mode The mapped reads were quantified at the gene level using featureCounts version 1.5.0-p3 using GENCODE Release 20 comprehensive annotation Genome_build: hg38 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Tab delimited text file with Gene id and Gene length in the first two columns, followed by 9 columns containing counts for each sample
