Treatment protocol |
Transduced cells underwent two weeks of antibiotic selection (100ug/ml hygromycin). They were then passaged three times in plain growth medium and harvested upon reaching 75% confluency.

Grown in Keratinocyte medium supplemented with 30ug/ml Bovine Pituitary Extract (BPE) and 0.2ng/ml recombinant Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), all from Invitrogen (#17005-042).
