Extraction protocol Nuclear RNA was isolated from buffer RLN-lysed pellet using a Qiagen RNeasy kit (see Qiagen's supplementary protocol). On-column DNase digestion. The rest of the protocols were adopted from Affymetrix WT double-stranded target assay manual (SuperScript III RT at 50 °C instead of SuperScript II RT at 42°C).
