Needle microbiopsy of subcutaneous adipose tissue was performed under local anesthesia from the abdominal region. Total RNA were isolated from adipose tissue biopsies with Qiagen RNeasy kit , Quality and quantity were determined by capilary electrophoresis (Experion, BioRad laboratories)
