Growth protocol |
embryonic acinar cells and adult acinar cells were freshly isolated by collagen-digestion and directly used for RNA extraction. acinar-to-ductal-metaplasia was cultivated in 3D-collagen for 7 days. Low-passage tumor cells were grown in standard medium.
