Pregnant mice, ICR (SLC, Tokyo, Japan), were given daily injections of 67 µg DES /kg maternal body weight from fetal day 10 to 18. Total RNA was extracted at day of birth from three litters. One µg of total RNA were used to synthesize cDNA, which was then used to generate biotinylated cRNA
