This step was done by following the 10x Genomics single cell preparation protocol. This step was done by following the 10x Genomics single cell library preparation protocol. Only the 3' end of mRNA fragments were used to make library. One end of the fragments were added P5, read1 Illumina sequencing primer, 16 base pairs of 10x barcode, and UMI sequences; The other end ligated with P7, sample index sequences, and Illumina read2 sequencing primer sequences.

Description |
The whole ventricular chambers from mouse embryonic hearts. oligodT was used to reverse transcribe the single cell derived mRNAs.

Data processing |
The single cell library was sequenced with Illumina hiseq 4000 platform. Sequencing reads were aligned to mouse MM10 reference genome with Cell Ranger. Genome_build: mm10 (GRCm38) Supplementary_files_format_and_content: matrix.mtx, barcodes.tsv, genes.tsv
