Sample type SRA

Source name uterine tissue
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics genetic background: Ahmr-Cre Pten null
strain: mixed C57BL/6 x 129
genotype: KRAS-G12V
age: 36 weeks
tissue: uterine tissue
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA were extracted from mouse uterine tissues that have been stored in RNAlater solution using Qiagen RNeasy Mini Kit.
Sequencing libraries were prepared using KAPA Stranded mRNA seq Kit and run in a single lane using Illumina HiSeq 4000 instrument.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 4000

Data processing Illumina Casava1.8 software used for basecalling.
Sequenced reads were processed with RNA-seq workflow in CLC Genomics Workbench version 11. Reads were mapped to mouse reference genome GRCm38 with default setting.
Gene expression is estimated with the EM estimation algorithm and reported as TPM (Transcripts Per Million)
Genome_build: GRCm38
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: TPMs
