Growth protocol |
iPS cells were maintained on irradiated mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEF) as previously described. Fibroblast cells (GM03813 and GM03814, Coriell Inst.) were cultured in Minimum Essential Medium (Eagle) (Invitrogen) supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum (HyClone Laboratories).

Total RNA was isolated using the RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) with on-column DNase I digestion or Tri-Reagent (Sigma).
