Sample GSM4066865 Query DataSets for GSM4066865
Status Public on Sep 09, 2020
Title Normal Muscle, ctrl muscle F539-B
Sample type SRA
Source name Normal Muscle
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6
genotype: SB Transposase; onc3
phenotype: Normal Muscle
tissue: muscle
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Lesions were disected, transferred to microcentrifuge tubes, snap frozen immediately in liquid nitrogen, and stored at -80C until RNA extraction. RLT buffer containing beta-mercaptoethanol was was used to lyse tissues, which were then homogenized. Qiagen RNeasy kit was used to isolate total RNA.
Illumina TruSeq unstranded poly-A selection kit (Cat# RS-122-2001) was used to make library from 1ug of RNA.
Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 3000
Description piece 1
Data processing Fastq files were aligned to mm10 genome using STAR version 20201
Read counts per gene was quantified by STAR using Ensembl GRCm38.88 gtf file
Read counts normalized by voom were calculated using R package Limma.
Genome_build: mm10
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Excel file reporting voom normalized log cpm
