Quality of RNA was evaluated using the RNA 6000 Nano with a Bioanalyzer (Agilent, Les Ulis, France).

Data processing The scanned images were analyzed with Feature Extraction Software 10.7.3.1 (Agilent) using default parameters and data were extracted after Linear-Lowess normalisation. Genes with significant different expression (P0.05) were selected based on at least a 2 fold change in expression level.
