Sample GSM4473076 Query DataSets for GSM4473076
Status Public on Apr 03, 2023
Title hHEP_day 4_TBBPS-1
Sample type SRA

Source name hESCs hepatic differentiation
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics differentiation stage: endoderm
original strain: hESCs-H9
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol The samples were extracted with trizol reagent according to the manufactures guidance
Library was constructed by Beijin Genomic Institude (BGI) with the standard operating procedure

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model BGISEQ-500

Data processing Base calling were conducted with BGISEQ-500
Data were filtered with SOAPnuke and trimmomatic software for removing the reads of adapter sequences; the reads containing more than 5% unknown nucleotides; the reads contain more than 20% low quality nucleotides, whose quality is lower than 10. The clean data generated by filtration were saved as fastq format and subjected to further analysis
The clean data were alignment to the reference sequence and the expected counts were calculated by using Bowtie2 (ver. 2.3.4.1-1) and RSEM (ver. 1.2.28)
Genome_build: GCA_000001405.28_hg38.p13
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: .xls file with table showing expected counts of genes in different samples
