Title |
S100P overexpressing clone 1, b |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
S100P overexpressing clone 1
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
cell line: Panc1 cell type: pancreatic cancer vector: S100P overexpressing
Treatment protocol |
Cells were grown to 70-80% confluence before RNA extraction.
Growth protocol |
Panc1 stable cell lines were maintained in DMEM with 10% FBS.
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Extraction of total RNA was performed using the Ambion RNAqueous kit according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 10 ug total RNA (Expression Analysis Technical Manual, Affymetrix).
Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 15 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 400.
Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned using GeneChip Scanner 3000.
