Sequences were aligned and count tables with CPM normaliztion were generated using SLAMdunk (https://t-neumann.github.io/slamdunk/) with the -q option. Genome_build: hg19 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Tab-delimited text file matrix with CPM values for each sample.
