Genomic DNA was extracted from leukemic blasts obtained from bone marrow at diagnosis using standard methods. Genomic DNA from the REH cell line was extracted from cultured cells using standard methods. DNA quality and quantity was assessed using a Nanodrop Spectrophotometer.
