Mononuclear cells were extracted from bone marrow cells, then each subset was sorted by flow cytometry and RNA was extracted. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using SMARTer Stranded RNA-Seq Kit.

Data processing |
Base calling was performed by Illumina RTA software in sequencer, further demultiplexing was performed by Illumina bcl2fastq software. Adaptor trimming, mapping and acquiring read count data were performed by Trim-Galore, Hisat2 and Htseq. bulk CMP rep-2 was removed from analysis due to low mapping rate. Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Matrix table with raw read counts for every gene and every sample
