They were fed a standard laboratory animal diet (MBR-1; Funabashi Farm, Tokyo, Japan) and sterilized water ad libitum.

Extraction protocol Genomic DNA was extracted by QIAmp DNA Micro kit (Qiagen).

Scan protocol Scanned on an Agilent microarray scanner.
