Data processing cDNA quantity and labeling efficiency was checked using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer and ABI StepOne Plus Real-Time PCR System, and sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq platform
The filter software soapnuke (v1.5.2) was used for filtering raw reads, and the RNA seq reads gene comparison was carried out by HISAT (hierarchical indexing for shared alignment of scripts) software (v2.0.4).
Stringtie (v1.0.4) was used to reconstruct the transcripts of each sample, then cuffmerge was used to integrate the reconstruction information of all samples, and then cuffcompare was used to compare the integrated transcripts with the reference annotation information to define the new transcripts.
