Col4a3-/- mice were treated from 5 weeks of age with weekly (QW) Sub-Cutaneous injection of PBS (Vehicle), Lademirsen at 50mg/kg in PBS (Anti-miR-21) or ramipril at 11 mg/L ad libitum in drinking water (ACEi) and sacrificed at 15 weeks of age. Wild type mice (WT) did not receive any treatment.
