Sample GSM5563781 Query DataSets for GSM5563781
Status Public on Sep 07, 2024
Title WTNA2
Sample type SRA

Source name mice primary bone marrow-derived macrophages
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6J
treatment: Treated with B16F10 TCM + NaCl
Treatment protocol Primary BMDMs from C57B6J mice were treated with B16F10 tumor cells conditioned medium supplemented with/without KCl or NaCl for 6 hours, and the final KCl and NaCl concentration was 40mM.
Growth protocol BMDMs were cultured with DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% AA.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted with RNA extraction kit following manufacturer's instructions
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2000

Data processing Raw reads were processed through quality control and genome mapping and further analyzed by the DESeq2 package (1.30.1). Differential expressed genes were determined with a cutoff of FDR smaller than 0.05. Normalized transcripts per million values (TPM) were used to plot heatmap using pheatmap package (1.0.12).
