Data from CEL files were accessed using CLC Genomics Workbench 3. From all the SNPs detected by the array, we retained only the once located within exons, according to the hg18 genome annotation. This was done using Galaxy (http://main.g2.bx.psu.edu/) Genotype Call (SNP call): AA, AB, BB, NC, and NoCall; 'Signal' = Summarized signal
