Following fragmentation, 2.3 microgram of ss-cDNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on Clariom S Array, human. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G.

CEL files were quantified with the qFARMs, using the statistical language R (R-4.0.3) and Bioconductor 3.12
