Growth protocol |
Mice were divided into normal control group, drug control group, radiation control group, drug irradiation group, radiation control group. Mice in the radiation control group and drug irradiation group were given 6.5 Gy 60Co γ -ray 30 min after administration.

Total RNA was extracted from tissues by appropriate methods and purified with NucleoSpin RNA clean-up Kit (Macherey-Nagel, Germany), quantified by spectrophotometer and inspected by formaldehyde denaturing gel electrophoresis.

Bone marrow samples were obtained from mice in the radiation control group 7 days after irradiation.

Data processing |
After data correction, such as normalization of signal value with RMA, SAM4.0 software was used for analysis. FDR was controlled within 5%, and differential expression genes were screened by 2 or 1.5 times standard.
