| Description |
Library was obtained from 1000 microdissected Cortical Collecting Duct from male CD1 mice under control condition. The library was generated using Sau3AI as anchoring enzyme and MmeI as tagging enzyme.The SAGE Adaptation method for Downsized Extracts was used to generate the library. Data were provided after curation as described in the publication.
