Status Public on Jul 11, 2022
Title Control
Sample type SRA

Source name Lung
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: Lung
cell type: Endothelial cells
genotype: FAK Flox
Growth protocol FAK floxe and EC-FAK knockout mice were maintained following Institute Animal Care and Use guidelines.
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Lungs harvested from FAK flox and EC-FAK knockout mice were subjected to single cell suspension and stained with anti-CD31 and CD45 antibodies. Endothelial cells (GFP+CD31+CD45-) were flow sorted and chromatin was extracted and processed for Tn5-mediated tagmentation and adapter incorporation, according to the manufacturer’s protocol (Nextera DNA sample preparation kit, Illumina®) at 37 °C for 30 min.
