Sample GSM6600758 Query DataSets for GSM6600758
Status Public on Sep 06, 2023
Title ABC-TC1
Sample type SRA

Source name age associated B cells
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics cell type: age associated B cells
genotype: Sle 1/2/3 triple congenic mice
age: 8 months
Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Extraction protocol CD11c+ ABCs (CD19+B220+CD11c+CD21-CD23-AA4.1-) and FO B cells ( CD19+B220+CD11c-AA4.1-CD21-CD23+) were freshly isolated and snap-frozen
RNA purification, library preparation and sequencing were performed by Azenta (AZENTA life sciences). Library construction was performed by Azenta. Total RNA was purified, and mRNA was selected with polyA selection. QC of purified RNA and amplified cDNA were confirmed, and only high quality of samples were used for the sequencing.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Data processing QC for fastq files was performed with FastQC.
Reads were mapped to the mouse genome (GRCm39) using STAR2 and aligned reads were quantified with htseq-counts to the M29 annotation.
Assembly: GRCm39
Supplementary files format and content: tab delimited read count files
