Description |
4C-seq library with the CFTR +48.9 kb region as the viewpoint
|
Data processing |
library strategy: 4C-seq Libraries were sequenced on the Nextseq550 machine and demultiplexed using the primer sequences. 4C-seq was quantified and mapped using the pipe4C v1.1 (https://github.com/deLaatLab/pipe4C) processing pipeline using default parameters, aligned to the hg19 genome. Assembly: hg19 Supplementary files format and content: Aligned 4C-seq of each sample of at a single viewpoint in bigWig format
