Data processing RNA-Seq reads were trimmed by cutadapt first, then trimmed read were aligned against mouse genome (mm10) using STAR v2.4.2a. Gene counts were derived from the number of uniquely aligned unambiguous reads by Subread: featureCount with mouse GENCODE gene annotation (M15).
All gene-level transcript counts were then imported into DESeq2, and normalization method was used to adjust for differences in library size
