Extraction protocol |
For mouse ESCs, total RNA was extracted by TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, USA) from 5×105 cells for each group. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard RNA-seq library preparation (Truseq RNA Sample Preparation Kit, Illumina).

Raw reads were processed with Cutadapt v1.16. Trimmed reads were mapped to mouse genome using STAR with default settings. Assembly: mm10 Supplementary files format and content: DESeq result with normalized and raw gene counts for every gene and every sample
