Status Public on May 04, 2023
Title mESC_Mdivi1_24h rep3
Sample type SRA

Source name embryonic stem cells (ESCs)
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: 129S5/SvEvBrd
cell type: ESCs
genotype: Mdivi1 treatment
Treatment protocol ESCs were treated with 50 μM Mdivi-1 for 24h.
Growth protocol The mouse ESC line AB2.2 were seeded on mitotically inactivated MEF feeder cells in N2B27 medium with 2i and LIF in tissue culture dishes.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol For mouse ESCs, total RNA was extracted by TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, USA) from 5×105 cells for each group.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard RNA-seq library preparation (Truseq RNA Sample Preparation Kit, Illumina).

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 3000

Data processing Raw reads were processed with Cutadapt v1.16. Trimmed reads were mapped to mouse genome using STAR with default settings.
Assembly: mm10
Supplementary files format and content: DESeq result with normalized and raw gene counts for every gene and every sample
