Sample GSM6912194 Query DataSets for GSM6912194
Status Public on Sep 06, 2023
Title CAE patient [CAE5]
Sample type SRA

Source name venous blood
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell type: venous blood cells
Sex: Female
age: 72
tissue: venous blood
bmi: 25.8
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNAs were extracted from peripheral venous blood samples by using the Trizol reagent.
RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using RNeasy Mini Kit. following manufacturer's protocols.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Data processing The quality and quantity of RNA were determined on a Nanodrop ND-1000 spectrophotometer. Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer was used to determine the quality of the sequencing library.
The Illumina HiSeq platform was applied to perform RNA sequencing. The original image data obtained by Illumina sequencing was converted into sequence data (FASTQ format) through Base Calling.
Trimmomatic software was used to preprocess the original data, including removal of adaptor, low quality reads and the low quality bases from the 3' end and 5' end in different ways.
The original sequencing volume, effective sequencing volume, Q30 and GC content were counted and comprehensively evaluated. After quality control, the high-quality sequence was compared with the specified reference genome (GRCh38) by hisat2.
Assembly: hg18
Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text files include FPKM values for each Sample
