Sample GSM7109980 Query DataSets for GSM7109980
Status Public on Mar 14, 2024
Title Xu142_1_rep1
Sample type SRA

Source name ovule
Organism Gossypium hirsutum
Characteristics tissue: ovule
dpa: 1
genotype: Xu142
treatment: Unhandled
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol 1 μg of total RNA was used to generate the sequencing libraries, which were sequenced using the Illumina platform by Beijing novogene Co., Ltd. (www.novogene.com, Beijing, China).
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing The mRNA with polyA tail was enriched by Oligo (dT) magnetic beads.
Fragmentation buffer was added to randomly break the mRNA into short fragments.
The cDNA was synthesized by reverse transcription using short fragments as templates, and then the cDNA ends were repaired, A-tailed, and connected with UMI tags and sequencing connectors
Finally, the library was obtained by PCR amplification
