Total RNA was isolated using an RNeasy Plus Kit (Qiagen). Library preparation was performed using the NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit (New England Biolabs Cat# E7645S). Paired-end 150 bp sequencing was performed on a NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina).
