Status Public on Aug 02, 2023
Title 306_1_S94, silk gland_rep 3
Sample type SRA

Source name Silk gland
Organism Bombyx mori
Characteristics tissue: Silk gland
strain: A306
silk gland weight phenotype_1: 0.722 g
silk gland weight phenotype_2: 0.687 g
Growth protocol Silkworms of each strain were fed at the same regulated feeding conditions (25℃ and 71% humidity) up to day 5 of the fifth larval instar.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol The total RNA was extracted from the silk gland using TRIzol (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA). 1 µg of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libaries.
The RNA libraries were validated according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA

Description 306_3
Data processing The original data were analyzed using fastp version 0.19.5, and clean data with Q30 > 92.93% was obtained from each sample
Compare clean data(reads) with reference genome.
Use assembly software StringTie Version 1.3.3b for reference-based assembly.
The differentially expressed genes were determined at |log2 (fold change)| > 1 and p-adjust < 0.05 using DESeq2 Version 1.24.0
Assembly: StringTie
