Treatment protocol After at least 20 days of growth GBM organoids were not exposed (sham) or exposed to two different milli-meter wave (30.5 GHz continuous wave [CW]) signals, including CW1 (incident power of 0.1 W [RMS] for 20 minutes) and CW2 (incident power of 0.2 W [RMS] for 10 minutes.
Growth protocol Primary GBM cells were included in Matrigel and cultured for at least 20 days as 3D models in DMEM/F12 supplemented with 10% BIT9500, 20 ng/ml basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (bFGF) and 20 ng/ml Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF).
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted using QIAzol and miRNeasy Micro Kit from Qiagen.
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standardThermoFisher protocol starting from 100ng of Total RNA using the ThermoFisher WTA Kit
 
Hybridization protocol 5.5ug of sscDNA were fragmentated and 5.2 ug were hybridized for 16 hr at 45°C on GeneChip Human Clariom S Array (GPL23159 Platform). GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the Scan GCS3000.

Data processing The data were normalized by TAC software using RMA and Repated Measure fuction for patients were applied
