After at least 20 days of growth GBM organoids were not exposed (sham) or exposed to two different milli-meter wave (30.5 GHz continuous wave [CW]) signals, including CW1 (incident power of 0.1 W [RMS] for 20 minutes) and CW2 (incident power of 0.2 W [RMS] for 10 minutes.

Growth protocol |
Primary GBM cells were included in Matrigel and cultured for at least 20 days as 3D models in DMEM/F12 supplemented with 10% BIT9500, 20 ng/ml basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (bFGF) and 20 ng/ml Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF).
