CLC Genomics Workbench v 21.0.5 RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) reads were analyzed using CLC Genomics workbench software (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany) . Read mapping was carried out using HISAT2 against mouse genome mm10. Differential expression analysis was performed using edgeR Bioconductor package. Assembly: mm10 Supplementary files format and content: a csv file include normalized values for each sample
