Total RNA was extracted with a Recoverall Total Nucleic Acid kit (Life Technologies
Illumina RNA-Seq libraries were prepared from total RNA using the NuGen Ovation and NEB Ultra kit to produce cDNA for 10 samples (2 cell types, 5 donors). Fragmentation, blunt-ending, A-tailing and adapter ligation were then performed with the Illumina non-stranded RNA-Seq library prep kit to produced indexed libraries
