Description |
Chip-A
|
Data processing |
The average of redundant genes were calculated in raw microarray results and data were subjected to Z score transformation, and Z ratio were calculated. False discovery rates for the differences in expression levels between two conditions (RC vs HFDa or HFDb vs NMN) were calculated using the Rank Product Analysis. All data were analyzed by the R statistical software package.
