Description RORA_overexpression.xlsx
Data processing trimmed reads were aligned to human hg19 reference genome with STAR software (version 2.6.1a) to acquire read counts within per gene.
TPM (Transcripts per million reads) values that represent gene expression were generated using RSEM tools (version v1.3.0).
Significantly differentially expressed genes with fold change ≥ 2 and FDR < 0.05 were determined by DESeq2 (version 1.20.0).
Assembly: hg19
Supplementary files format and content: Excel files containing the TPM value of each gene in control and RORA- and PITX1-overexpressed LSCs.
