Data processing Raw data (CEL files) was analyzed in affymetrix tilling array analysis software,The raw cel data were imported into TAS as two analysis treatment group -- dblmutant Vs mutant. two side test, bandwidth 150 . Probe match chosen was PM/MM(perfect match/mismatch). Finally, we analyzed the intensity to get the Bar format signal files.
