Data processing |
A minimum 25M reads per library with 75 bp paired-ends reads were generated per sample. Quality control of the resulting sequence data was performed using CLC genomics workbench Trimmed and filtered reads were aligned to rat genome Rn6 reference and mouse genome GRCm38 Assembly: Rn6 and GRCm38 Supplementary files format and content: Matrix table with FPKM values for every gene and every sample
