Slides were scanned using Agilent array scanner set to 10μm wit 100PMT sensitivity in an ozone-free-environment. Fluorescence intensities on scanned images were quantified using Feature Extraction software (Agilent) using the modified Exiqon protocol

Data processing |
Agilent feature extraction software (version 9.5.3) was run on all array datasets using the GE2-v5_95_Feb07 protocol. Normexp and quantiles were applied for background correction and normalization respectively.
