Aligned to BDGP6.46 genome assembly from Ensembl and clipped using star/2.7.11a Read assignment and count matrix creation was completed using featureCounts from the Bioconductor Rsubread library and the BDGP6.46.113 annotation from Ensembl Normalization was completed using DESeq2 Assembly: BDGP6.46 Supplementary files format and content: csv file containing FPKMs for larval samples and csv file containing FPKMs for embryo samples
