Data were analyzed using Biodiscovery Nexus 6.0 software; The Value field is the log2 of the ratio of probe intensity (Pi) of the sample over the Reference intensity (Ri). Value = Log2(Pi/Ri). The Reference intensity has been calculated form hapmap sample arrays.
10 B-NHL cell lines. Affymetrix SNP 6.0 Arrays were used.
