Definition

A nerve fascicle or fasciculus is a small bundle of axons, enclosed by the perineurium. A minifascule refers to a group of thinly myelinated and unmyelinated axons surrounded by a delicate perineurium, and with a smaller diameter than a normal nerve fascicle. [from HPO]
