Definition

Centrally located corpus callosum hyperintensities said to resemble snowballs upon magnetic resonance imaging (with T2 or Sagittal fluid attenuated inversion recovery [FLAIR] sequences). The central location in the callosum makes them pathognomonic for Susac syndrome. [from HPO]
