Definition

An exceedingly rare adenocarcinoma that arises from the uterine corpus and ovary and displays mesonephric differentiation. Some tumors are thought to derive from mesonephric duct (Wolffian duct) remnants. Others may have a Mullerian duct lineage. [from NCI]
