Definition

A non-epithelial neoplasm that arises from the liver and is characterized by the absence of atypical or malignant cytological and architectural features, and absence of invasive features or metastatic potential. Representative examples include hemangioma, angiomyolipoma, and solitary fibrous tumor. [from NCI]
