Definition

A benign, flat or slightly elevated melanocytic lesions of the posterior uveawith clearly defined margins. Choroidal nevi tend they remain stable in size, and to display features such as overlying drusen as well as retinal pigment epithelial atrophy, hyperplasia or fibrous metaplasia. [from HPO]
